TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Magnolia Exterior Cleaning

Effective Date: February 15, 2026
1. Services
Magnolia Exterior Cleaning (“Company”) provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Pressure washing
- Soft washing
- House washing
- Roof cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Driveway and concrete cleaning
- Exterior window cleaning
- Commercial exterior cleaning services
Services will be performed as described in the written estimate, invoice, or service agreement provided to the Customer (“Customer”).
2. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Pricing is based on visible conditions at the time of estimate.
- Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered (e.g., excessive buildup, unsafe conditions, inaccessible areas).
- The Company will notify the Customer before proceeding with any additional work.
3. Scheduling and Weather
- Services are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, high winds, lightning, unsafe temperatures, or other hazardous conditions.
- The Customer will be notified of any scheduling changes.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- Provide clear access to the work area.
- Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed.
- Remove fragile items, décor, and outdoor furniture from service areas.
- Inform the Company of any pre-existing damage.
- Provide access to water and electricity if required.
The Company is not responsible for damage caused by failure to complete these preparations.
5. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, Zelle, etc.
- The Company reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien in accordance with Texas law for unpaid services.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service.
- Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Deposits, if required, may be non-refundable.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If the Customer is not satisfied, they must notify the Company within 48 hours of service completion. The Company will have the opportunity to inspect and remedy the issue before any third-party work is performed.
8. Property Condition and Risks
Exterior cleaning involves high-pressure water and cleaning solutions. The Customer understands and agrees:
- Oxidation, fading, cracked mortar, loose siding, deteriorated caulking, and aged materials may be revealed during cleaning.
- The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
- The Company is not liable for damage resulting from improper installation, structural defects, or previously weakened surfaces.
- Roof cleaning may cause granule loss on aging shingles.
9. Chemical Use
The Company uses professional-grade cleaning solutions. The Customer acknowledges:
- Plants and landscaping may be affected despite protective measures.
- The Company will take reasonable precautions but is not liable for minor landscaping stress.
- The Customer must disclose any sensitive plants, fish ponds, or special surfaces.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law:
- The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
- The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
- The Company is not responsible for damage caused by acts of God, structural failure, or conditions beyond its control.
11. Insurance
Magnolia Exterior Cleaning maintains general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
12. Commercial Properties
For commercial customers:
- The Customer agrees to comply with all property management or HOA requirements.
- The Company is not responsible for business interruption losses.
- Proper permits (if required) are the responsibility of the property owner unless otherwise agreed.
13. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Magnolia Exterior Cleaning from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Failure to disclose property defects,
- Hazardous conditions on the property,
- Inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in or serving Montgomery County, Texas.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the written estimate or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
